Our customer service representatives are the first point of contact our customers have with our company, as well as the people who dispatch field technicians to perform services. They are the important cog that keeps our business running! This is very much a customer-facing position, so ideal candidates must be well-versed in customer service and communication
Duties:
- Answer phones and converse with customers
- Schedule appointments
- Dispatch field technicians to appointments and direct them to customers
Requirements:
- Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be organized, self-starting, and calm under pressure
- Must have familiarity and skill with using a computer
